Inside Edge

Inside Edge seeks to stimulate and engage people; to inspire them to achieve more than they previously thought possible. We do this by skilful coaching and facilitation - this is our core competence and supports our fundamental belief about learning and development. That is we have unlimited capacity to perform beyond expectation - and with the right keys we can unlock the potential within.

Inside Edge offers bespoke design interventions for you or you could select some tried and tested programmes that have worked elsewhere. We typically use a combination of practical tasks, theoretical inputs, group discussions and purposeful reflection before looking forward to action planning. We may use an appropriate psychometric profiling tool or collect 360 feedback data to provide additional information or insights for participants where it helps their development.

Our work usually falls into 3 categories - and sometimes combinations of all 3.

Individual Coaching
Unlocking potential to enable people to perform at higher levels or through transition and change.
Team and Organisational development
Fast track your team's development through carefully designed and creative interventions
Management Skills programmes
Develop your manager's skills and capabilities through specific content based programmes
